As promised, Pill has come through with a brand-new mixtape, The Diagnosis, which stands as his first release since signing to Maybach Music Group earlier this year. The project features 20 tracks, most of which are originals though there are several of your typical mixtape (aka beat-jackin') "freestyles" on here. For example, Pill spits over DJ Khaled's summer jam "I'm On One" and Kelly Rowland's super-graphic "Motivation," with the former being my personal favorite. The mixtape also features several guest spots from the likes of Pusha T, CyHi Da Prynce, Rick Ross, Tech N9ne, and Trae Tha Truth, among others. Hopefully we'll be hearing a proper release from Pill in the near future as he's yet to issue an official EP or album.
