Phonte, Zo!: 'Zo! And Tigallo Love The 80's' (Album)

Nearly three year ago, Zo! and Phonte teamed up to deliver Zo! and Tigallo Love The 80's, a collection of classic tracks like Joe Jackson's "Steppin Out" and Toto's "Africa." Apart from the ridiculous artwork and altogether-fun vibe, the album was a serious venture for the duo. You can hear that throughout the project, which is as musically solid as you would expect from two dudes with résumés that feature the Foreign Exchange, Little Brother, and Slum Village. And today, Zo! and Phonte have decided to give it away for free as the former puts the finishing touches on his next project, ...just visiting three. It's due out next month, so for now just enjoy a trip back to the age of glitter and Jheri curl.
