Rather than just shoot your standard video for his W.A.R. (We Are Renegades) single, "Clap (One Day)," Pharoahe Monch went all the way out with this one. The visuals are directed by Terence Nance and features three actors from The Wire in Gbenga Akinnagbe, Kim Howard, and Josiah Small. They all assist in the telling the story of "Clap (One Day)," a revolutionary cut from Monch who, among other things, touches heavily on police brutality. And it's brutality that we see in the above clip, which details when a police raid goes very wrong. This is some mini-movie stuff right here, so grab a drink and a snack. You will be watching this one twice.
