Phantogram: "Mouthful of Diamonds" f. Questlove (Live On Fallon) (Video)

Everyone's been focused on Odd Future making their television debut on Fallon this month, but a different, awesome group made their television debut on his show just last night: Phantogram, who played the splendid "Mouthful of Diamonds" from their debut album, Eyelid Movies. It's sort of surprising that this is the first time the band has been on TV, since Eyelid came out a year ago, but I guess when you can make your TV debut with Questlove backing you up, the wait is worth it.

This sounds awful and Sarah needs a stylist. They always sound awful live thin, breathy as all hell, and awful clothes. BORING. Why do people keep saying they like their live shows. I dont get it. This must be idiocracy.

Kyle

Before seeing this, I expected them to sound thin like Kyle claimed - I completely disagree with him. The chemistry of all 3 of them on stage was only a bonus to what was a better mix than even the album track. Kyle must be a mac fanboy who can't live without that overprocessed sound.
