Conan O'Brien's inaugural Tonight Show broadcast was last night, and for his first musical guest, he had the recently Target-approved Pearl Jam perform "Get Some," a single that will appear on their upcoming new album, Backspacer. The sound was kind of rough, with Eddie Vedder's ranting lyrics being buried under layers of guitar muck, which you'd have to assume is the fault of whoever is doing the mixing (unless it's supposed to sound like this, in which case, ouch). 

Backspacer is due out sometime this fall.
