In the explanation for their dark and layered cover of Beyonce's "Crazy in Love" Pattern Is Movement claim that Antony and the Johnsons' killer cover fo the track is what inspired them to make the song so downtrodden and heavy. That makes sense to a point, except I can't imagine an Antony and the Johnsons song having so much groove and a crushing backbeat.
