In Jason Robert Quever's case, the adage holds true that you can tell a man by the company he keeps: Quever, who helms Papercuts, has worked with Vetiver, Beach House's Alex Scally, and Casiotone for the Painfully Alone — and these names serve as handy references to the sort of music you can expect from him.
Papercuts' new album, You Can Have What You Want, will be available on Gnomonsong April 14. Its first single, "Future Primitive," combines vintage organs and French ye-ye pop with dreamy vocals and a good coat of reverb. It's a winning combination.
In the meantime, Papercuts will play with the Mountain Goats at San Francisco's Swedish American Hall on February 25.
It's really a nice song, and I also like it so much.
So anyone can tell me how to dowload this track, please!
Thank you very much.
