Of Montreal: Melody Day (Caribou Cover)

Of Montreal's New Year's Eve celebration was a cover-packed affair, and one of the standouts of the concert was this track, "Melody Day," from Caribou's excellent 2007 effort Andorra. This version stays fairly true to the original, though Barnes's vocals are (of course) a bit more theatrical. Notably, Ahmed Gallab, who toured with Caribou in support of Andorra, played with Of Montreal on this tour, and the track is dedicated to him (if you listen carefully, you can hear Kevin Barnes dedicate the song right after the Guitar Hero shout out).
