Of Montreal morph into a glossy-disco band (not that they weren’t necessarily that before) on “Id Engager,” off their upcoming Skeletal Lamping. The song glides back and forth between a louder and more boisterous interlude and a smooth chorus, before Barnes takes a phone call at the end of the song. From who? The BeeGees perhaps?
