Bandstand Busking, a new-ish music video site, records bands out on London streets playing acoustic versions of their songs (basically, Black Cab Sessions minus the cab). In their latest episode, they got Of Montreal to do three tracks on lawn chairs in a London park.

By the nature of the set-up (a campfire-esque vibe), the performances are stripped down and simple, with Barnes’ voice as the main pull. Of Montreal played “Id Engager” and “An Eluardian Instance” from their just released Skeletal Lamping and “Heimdalsgate Like A Promethean Curse” from last year’s Hissing Fauna, Are You The Destroyer?
