Nottz: "Somebody Tell 'Em" F. Jay Rock & W.O.L.L.

With credits for Busta Rhymes, Snoop Dogg, Ghostface Killah, Pusha T and The Notorious B.I.G. (on his 1999 posthumous, Born Again) beatmaker Nottz easily has a hall pass to the upper echelons of hip-hop production. The Virginia native has played more of an A&R role on the production tip of late, though, supplying sublime beats to a number of rising talents.

For his latest output, "Somebody Tell 'Em," the beatsmith invites Black Hippy's Jay Rock and fellow Californian MC W.O.L.L. onto his heavily hollow instrumental, complete with that trademark Nottz Raw thump. He also takes up duties on the mic--something he seems to have taken a liking to in recent years.

There's no word on the placement of this track, but you can stream it 'til your heart's content below. Nottz is said to be currently working on the collaborative Rawther project with Asher Roth and Travis Barker.
