Perhaps to capitalize on the uproar over CBS censoring guitarist Randy Randall’s Obama t-shirt, the folks over at Late Late Night with Craig Ferguson decided to air No Age’s performance on the show last night instead of its promised October 27 run-date. The band’s performance is prefaced with an introduction from Ferguson who says that CBS was wrong to censor Randall’s shirt. No Age respond to the controversy by running off stage before the final shards of feedback on “Eraser” are even finished. [Stereogum]

It's weird to hear No Age with T.V. sound. Why do t.v. producers insist on putting the voice upfront no matter what kind of band is playing? Anyways, they perhaps could have said something, too. But it probably would have been cut... |
They certainly did gtfo after they finished the song.
