Vocalist Nneka and mixtape-king J.Period are dropping a free project (The Madness) together on Dec. 15 that speaks on "the madness" fueled by political corruption, technological advances, and a cultural renaissance. And reggae-influenced "Walking," which features an opening verse from Jay Electronica, is the second leak from The Madness (Onye-Ala). The mixtape is a collection of new tracks and remixes from Nneka that document both her career and that aforementioned feeling of insanity caused by the world. She is joined on the project by several MCs including Talib Kweli, M-1 (of Dead Prez), Aceyalone, and Big Boi.
