Earlier this year, Ramona Gonzalez of Nite Jewel released the Am I Real? EP, the follow-up to her 2009 debut. One of the standout tracks from that release was the thumping electro-pulse of "We Want Our Things," which alternated between Gonzalez's understated, deep vocals and some obliterated, fuzzed out 80s synths. The track has an accompanying video now, which is basically Gonzalez and someone else in heavy makeup in the middle of some random desolation, being pulled apart by Windows Media Player visualizer effects.
