N.E.R.D.: "Inside of Clouds (Tyler, the Creator Remix)"
I haven't heard the full record yet, but I read several first impressions of N.E.R.D.'s Nothing that say it's a considerable step up from their other projects, which too often dabbled in rap-rock nonsense. One of those first impressions came from Odd Future Wolf Gang Kill Them All's de facto leader, Tyler, The Creator. If you have been following him on Twitter, then you know Tyler has been gushing over Nothing since the album leaked. And now, he has given one of the album's interludes, "Inside of Clouds," his very own remix. The pace is changed up slightly and Tyler opted to tone down the typically dark tone of his lyricism. Instead, he's contemplating how to spend a rainy day, spitting some braggadocio, and dropping several clever metaphors.
