N.E.R.D. are putting out another album of (probably) sub everything rap-rock this summer, the first single off which is "Hot N Fun," a track that just got a roadtrip video. In the clip, Skateboard P, Shay and Chad Hugo (who is still around, apparently!) cruise in a hippie's car on their way to a get together that looks like a furrier Burning Man. The big tragedy here is that this monstrous beat is wasted on a N.E.R.D. song. Back in the day, Nelly might have knocked this one out of the park (well, made it into a Top Ten song, at least).
N.E.R.D.'s Nothing is due out this summer.
