Ne-Yo has a new 10-track album titled Libra Scale out now, which is a concept record that follows three garbage men who are offered everything they’ve ever wanted in return for protecting a city. The catch? They must never fall in love, but (and I bet you didn’t see this coming) things don’t quite go according to plan. A glimpse of that concept was provided on David Letterman’s show last night (Nov. 17) where Ne-Yo performed “One In a Million,” the third single to be taken from Libra Scale, and another example of his mawkish R&B sound. At least the generous Audio Perv has left on the bizarre Letterman rant about Anne Hathaway at the beginning of the clip to amuse us.
