Naughty by Nature: "Perfect Party" F. Joe

To celebrate 20 years together making music, Naughty by Nature is releasing a compilation, Anthem Inc., in November. It's set to feature previously unreleased material and reworked versions of tracks from the New Jersey rap trio's catalog. Here we have a track that falls in the former category. "Perfect Party" is a brand-new jam from Naughty by Nature and crooner Joe that probably would have found plenty of success a few years (or months, really) ago. But now, especially in September, a summery romp like this sounds out of place. I personally have a soft spot for Naughty by Nature so I'm not hating, but this should have come out in June or July.
