As they have been prone to do, My Morning Jacket closed their set at Dallas, TX’s, Palladium Ballroom in support of Evil Urges, with a random cover song—this time that cover being Erykah Badu’s “Tyrone.” But it wasn’t a mere cover this time around, the band were actually joined by Erykah Badu on stage for a rousing take of the song.

Badu’s vocals on the song really remind you how quaint Jim James’ vocals are in comparison—she’s able to go from a super-high falsetto to a guttural soprano in a heartbeat.
