Another day, another leak from the upcoming Buddy Holly Tribute album: This time it's My Morning Jacket tackling "True Love Waits." My Morning Jacket often try to sound like vintage rock/country bands, so this suits them, doing "True Love Waits" in an earnest fashion, just trying to bring the original back to life. Of all the bands involved, My Morning Jacket were probably the most likely to play it straight, and they do just that over at Spin.
My Morning Jacket's Circuital is out now. Rave On Buddy Holly is due out on June 28.
