Muse: "Uprising" and "United States of Eurasia" (Live on Jools Holland) (Video)

Hot on the heels of their performance at the VMAs this weekend, Muse performed on Jools Holland on Tuesday, doing "Uprising" and "United States of Eurasia" from their recently released The Resistance album. Part of me really wants to like this band, because it's shocking that a group this over-blown, pompous and anti-self-aware could be this big, but as soon as they hit that Blondie shriek in the verse of "Uprising" (above), and then follow it with the Radiohead minus the pathos chorus, I'm totally done. "United States of Eurasia" (nice 1984 reference broheims) is below.
