As we previously reported, Murs is officially part of Dame Dash's DD172 crew and the West Coast underground O.G. is prepping his first release as part of the collective for an October release. And along the way, the no-longer-dread-locked rapper will be dropping video blogs explaining just how Love & Rockets, Volume 1: The Transformation came to be. In the first installment, you hear from producer Ski Beatz, who is at the helm of the entire album. He and Murs then preview a new track that interpolates the same sample heard on the Niceguys' "Mr. Perfect."
