Last time MSTRKRFT performed on a late night TV show, they were helped by N.O.R.E. to bring the aggro-dance rap rock of "Bounce" to life on Kimmel's show. Last night was something different; they were helped by a legion of backing singers and John Legend to perform "Heartbreaker," a song that sounds like it could be from a John Legend dance remix album thanks to its pulsing pianos and lush backing vocals.

It's kind of weird to see the MSTRKRFT dudes on a late night show like this, since pulling off their songs live would seem to be a lot of work. But they've been more than able to replicate their songs during both of their late night performances behind the recently released Fist of God.
