Mr. Hudson: "There Will Be Tears" (Video)

So maybe Kanye's Auto-Tuner opus 808s and Heartbreak was influenced by one of the artists on his G.O.O.D. label: Here's the video for Mr. Hudson's "There Will Be Tears" (but not blood, apparently) that is a slow R&B-influenced track that is fed partially through the vocoder in a way very reminiscent to 808s. The video is even Kanye-like, as a lot of analog video is layered with effects.

"There Will Be Tears" is on Mr. Hudson's Straight No Chaser, which is out sometime this year. [Stereogum]
