Moby's upcoming Wait for Me promises to be a low-key affair--he recorded it mostly by himself in his home studio, corralling non-famous friends to do the vocals and drawing the album art himself. The video for second single, "Pale Horses" certainly furthers that notion; it's a hand drawn effort directed by Elanna Allen that finds a lonely alien trying to find his way home. It's less David Lynch-ian than the video for "Shot in the Back of the Head," but it's still pretty sweet.
Wait for Me is due out on June 30 via Mute. [Pitchfork]
