Even if you're not a fan of MNDR, aka Amanda Warner, you have to admit that her latest single, "Cut Me Out," still has legs and makes for some good remix fodder. Proving both of those points is Kingdom, a Brooklyn-based producer whose take on the track will not leave your brain once you have listened to it. He has removed the dance floor urgency of "Cut Me Out" and replaced it with an underlying groove propelled by head-bobbing, erratic percussion and wavering synthesizers. It's fun without being easily digested. It's also kind of eerie, especially when Warner's vocals ebb, flow, and sometimes punch their way into the whirring synths.
