Mistah FAB: "Quest"
There are few things more endearing and enjoyable than a celebratory, uplifting hip-hop track. Sure, they can go the way of the cornball, but when they hit, they hit, such as Mistah FAB's latest leak from his upcoming I Found My Backpack project. "Quest" tells the story of a rapper who just wants to be himself and realizes "you gotta lose sometimes if you wanna win." He flows triumphantly as a vocal sample wails "don't be afraid!" behind his inspiring bars, which you should probably listen to the next time you're facing the winter blues.
