Ironically, the new single from Melbourne trio Midnight Juggernauts, "This New Technology," is definitely far more rock-leaning than the synth-filled dance engines of the band's first album, Dystopia. There's no way of knowing whether or not this bodes well for the group's upcoming album, scheduled for release some time in 2010, but for any fans who hoped that the group would hone their dance tendencies to make a sophomore album full of impeccable groove, this doesn't look like a good sign.
