Man Bites Dog Records are on a roll of late, bringing us albums from Stu Bangas and Vanderslice (Diggaz With Attitude), Double A.B. and Dub Sonata (Media Shower) and the long overdue release of MHz Legacy, the self-titled debut album from the collective of veterans RJD2, Copywrite, Tage Future and Jakki Da Motamouth (R.I.P. Camu Tao).
Hopefully the latter is already nesting comfortably in your iTunes library, squeezing past Yung Joc's "It' Goin Down" (and other guilty pleasures you let absolutely no one know about—except the whole club that one Saturday night when things got a little too ratchet) to the heights of your playcount list. But just in case you need a little more persuasion to cop, allow this new video to nudge you in the right direction.
For "Mechanical Me," the album cut also featuring crooner Jason Rose, Copywrite and Tage find themselves either under mind control—Shutter Island-style—or couped up in a cage, per The Man's evil intentions (get the metaphor?). Regardless of the pretty fucked up conditions, though, both MCs still spit that fire.
If the visuals below have done the trick, make a stop by the iTunes Store to pick up that MHz Legacy LP. Did we mention it also features Danny Brown, Blu, Ill Bill, Oh No and Slug (of Atmosphere)?
