Memoryhouse will release their debut full-length album, The Slideshow Effect, Feb. 28 via Sub Pop. And you know what that means: we can expect to hear a few singles and see some videos in the coming months. It all starts today with the release of "The Kids Were Wrong," our first official taste of the album. If you're expect some kind of huge shift in direction because they're no longer just recording tracks in a bedroom, you might be disappointed. Although, that feeling will quickly subside once you hear the entirety of "The Kids Were Wrong." It's dreamy, pleasant, and focused, and it has us very much anticipating the entire album.
