Whether you know it or not, you’ve probably heard Swedish group Melpo Mene a few times; their song “I Adore You” is currently being used to convince yuppies to buy Volvos.

This video, directed by Dominique Blair at Blue Chocolate Productions,  tracks the love affair between to two lovers made of construction paper as the man tries to reconnect with the girl. “I Adore You” is pretty standard Swedish pop-fare; wistful vocals, light instrumentation, and lyrics about a love lost.   

The song is taken from Melpo Mene's sophomore album Bring the Lions Out, which is out now digitally. The band are currently in talks with labels about a physical release.  [Stereogum]
