With Kendrick Lamar's good kid, m.A.A.d city dominating headlines and headphones alike, Meek Mill hasn't exactly chosen the best time to release his own debut album. Nevertheless, the MMG hotshot powers through the promotion duties and debuts a new album cut, "Believe Me"—the newest collaboration with his label boss Rick Ross.
Bullying bass, trickling snares and hedonistic boasts devour your speakers upon play—not too unlike any other previous effort between the two—but Ross does make a hilariously out-of-place Justin Bieber reference ("I got a bad bitch in my Chevy/ Selling Miley Cyrus in my brand new Monte Carlo/ I got that Justin Bieber, please believe it"), so it's definitely worth a listen.
You can stream the track below and pre-order Meek's Dreams & Nightmares LP on iTunes in time for its Oct. 30 arrival.
