Marina & Soko: "Mum" (MP3)

It's a little funny that ex-Bonde Do Role vocalist Marina Vello and French singer Soko ended up on a track together, since their voices are really very similar. The occasion is a series of 7-inch's, put together by IHEARTCOMIX and Pure Groove and limited to 300 copies. The track was produced by Radioclit, but no offense, what production? This is an exaggeration of how simple it is to produce a song, but there wouldn't be a song were it not for the sample from War's "Low Rider," a song so ingrained on the pop consciousness of everyone born with ears,  that it really never needs to be sampled again.
