Mariah Carey: "Obsessed" (MP3)

Eminem’s “Bagpipes from Baghdad" recently asked: “Mariah, what ever happened to us, why did we have to break up…Nick Cannon better back the fuck up. I’m not playing, I want her back, you punk.” Now, Mariah Carey has hit back in spectacular style, with a song named “Obsessed” from her forthcoming Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel album.
“You’re delusional, boy, you’re losing your mind,” she sings, with Auto-Tune all over her vocals (Don’t tell Jay-Z). “It must be weed, it must be the E,” she continues. “Why are you so obsessed with me? Lying that you’re sexing me.” The song continues with lines like: “Telling the world how much you miss me, but we never were so why you trippin’. You’re a mom & pop, I’m a corporation. I’m a press conference, you’re a conversation.”
Ouch. The song is currently streaming on Carey’s website and will surely provoke a response from Eminem (hopefully in song). The cover art for the single features Carey in yet another state of near undress (see below) and Memoirs of a Perfect Angel is set for release on August 25.

According to a Tweet by Mariah Carey, the first single off her upcoming album, Memoirs Of An Imperfect Angel, is entitled "Obsessed." The new album features production by Timbaland.

Ok, as an avid Mariah fan, I have noticed her "quality" in her vocals down grading but thats ok, This woman has 18 #1's people!! She's like the H1N1 on steriods (not as lethal lol) this song is funny as hell and is catchy with one hell of a mid-tempo beat. E=MC2 is NOT one of my fav albums and am anticipating this next album greatly, I like it like i like all her albums but thats ok, there is no other female artist who can compare to her rep. Beyonce has some chops but she is still a pup who will live in the shadows of Mariah, Whitney, Janet for years to come. Ciara and Ashanti, Rihanna, all great but all in the shadow. Mariah will probably top the Beatles with this album. She can still cut a song that makes you wanna bounce in the clubs, bump in your stereo, making woman empowering songs, keeping with the times. Shes one hell of an artist. Go Mariah! Tell that douche bag off!

People People Mariah is a great artist. I'm glad that she is finally happy even if its with someone that I wouldn't have chose for her. She can wear whatever she wants because her body is amazing. God made us all different for a reason and she doesn't have to be a size one to wear something sexy so all you haters get over yourself because I bet you don't even come close to MC.
