Jack White isn't the only one dealing in metaphors.
Philadelphia rapper/producer Lushlife just dropped the video for his Styles P collab, "Still I Hear the Word Progress," off his Western Vinyl release Plateau Vision. In it, a delusional father imagines killing numerous doughnut-headed people. He goes to stab a jelly-filled one with a pitchfork, at which point the scene changes to the dad's daughter poking at her egg in the kitchen. The visuals are absurd. Or they're a metaphor. Or they're both. Or they're neither.
Neither Lush nor Styles actually appear in the Willy Berliner-directed video. Watch it below. [SG]
