First it was Kanye, who opened up Ellen DeGeneres' show for rappers who want to lock down the middle-aged women market, and now it's Ludacris, who is pulling out all the stops to improve the paltry sales of Theater of the Mind. Luda took to Ellen's show to do "What Them Girls Like" with a pretty great backing band (who sound like a muscular marching band), but that still doesn't change the fact that the market that is watching Ellen is likely not the market that will buy a Ludacris album. Luda sure knows how to rock a crowd like that though-- he went into the crowd and started dancing for part of it. [Nahright]
