Lost Boy?: "USA" (Prefix Premiere)

Don't be fooled by the first, four seconds of the new Lost Boy? track "USA." I am pretty sure that brief snippet of acoustic guitar is there simply to fuck with you before heavy, crunching guitars come cascading into your speakers. 

The rest of the song continues along like past Lost Boy? outputs with its hazy, stoned-out punk, distorted vocals and dry, sardonic lyrics detailing America's favorite pastime: drinking beer. Off his forthcoming EP with the same name, this is a good sign that Lost Boy has stayed the course with what he is good at.

We featured Lost Boy? a year ago as a "Prefix Artist to Watch." Since then, Lost Boy? has stayed relatively quiet, playing gigs here and there and releasing a couple of 7-inches so obviously we are excited to see new music from the Brooklyn-based artist.  The new EP is out on cassette and limited to 100 copies.
