t’s been nearly a year since Local Natives released their Gorilla Manor debut, but they’re still out there giving it a sales push. Here, they appear on Jimmy Fallon’s show to perform “Wide Eyes,” which is full of spidery guitar lines, clacking percussion and slightly discordant vocals. It’s the kind of subtle, disjointed take on indie rock that the band does so well, although it’s too bad they didn’t recruit Questlove to help out on such a percussion heavy track.
