For the second time in less than a year, Local Natives dropped by KCRW to knock out a live performance, but this time, instead of delivering faithful takes of the singles from their Gorilla Manor, they do an orchestral and deconstructed version of "Cubism Dream." This was a good move, as the song gains some depth thanks to the strings section and the slowed down tempo. There's enough good here that maybe Local Natives ought to try this again.
