Lloyd Banks: "Any Girl" f. Lloyd
Is it a requirement for certain rappers to follow their more "street" singles with something for the female sect? Whether it is or not, that's exactly what Lloyd Banks has done here. After releasing the ubiquitous "Beamer, Benz, or Bentley" earlier this year, Banks now drops off "Any Girl," the second single from his H.F.M. 2 (The Hunger for More 2) album. As indicated, though, this track is aimed at the ladies. And if that wasn't clear by the title, beat, or Banks' lyrics, he's enlisted R&B crooner Lloyd to drive the point home on the synthesizer-heavy hook. I have a feeling this will get some play in clubs, but it lacks the staying power of "Beamer, Benz, or Bentley."
