The promotional train behind Lily Allen's It's Not Me, It's You is certainly starting to rev up: On monday, her new single, "The Fear" premiered, and today, we get an official video for the song. The video plays less on the getting famous and rich at all cost message of the song and more on the sweet, whimsical nature of the song, as Lily wanders around a Alice in Wonderland-esque house after leaving her small trailer at the beginning of the video. There's certianly some rise to fame, in the clip, but it's a lot goofier than just that.
It's Not Me, It's You is due out on February 9/10 via Parlophone. [Stereogum]

oh Lily, how i love you!! this seems like a much more traditional pop venture for her. good to hear that she's trying different things.
