Perhaps the most frustrating thing I encounter as a music writer is inaccuracy. And I'm not talking about other writers getting things wrong or anything like that. I'm referring to the fact that too often tracks leak to the web with the incorrect name. Take for example, Lil Wayne's second single off Tha Carter IV, "John," which has been called several different names since it leaked. I guess they're settling on the title I have used for the purpose of this post, which features the "official" director's version of video for "John." Wait. Didn't we already see this nearly a month ago? And can anyone spot any differences? I know I can't.
