I guess the big question about Lil Wayne's video onslaught this weekend is why now? Because dude is locked up right now, and I can't imagine these totally awful videos will make Rebirth sales rocket through the ceiling. Maybe since he spent all the money and time making the videos before getting locked up, his label just decided to release these now, when people might still care, instead of in a year when Wayne gets out. So I guess we should thank Birdman for the presence of mind to not have "Get A Life" be the first dispatch from a post-prison Wayne, and instead yet another dispatch from an in-prison far from criticism Wayne.
