This whole song operates on a reasonably lame extended analogy between baseball and sex, and unfortunately, has nothing to do with the kind of similarly-titled "Birthday Sex." But, Lil Wayne does do an admirable job of lazily whining the lyrics with random patches of Auto-tune, spitting out gems like, "You can call that girl seven/cause she finna get ATE."
