So, it seems like we're getting the answer to what Tunde Adebimpe was up to when his TV on the Radio was on hiatus: He rented out his services to other musicians, backing up, most recently, Lee "Scratch" Perry on "Higher Level," an uber-chill song that is streaming above. Tunde is really just floating in the background here, as Perry does some free association about himself over a sparse, flute-led beat.
"Higher Level" is on Perry's Rise Again, which is due out May 10.
