Lady GaGa: "Poker Face" (Live on Ellen) (Video)

Lady Gaga brought her “Poker Face” to Ellen DeGeneres’ talk show yesterday (May 12). Looking like an extra from Barbarella, Gaga most definitely wasn’t lip-synching. “I would never even think about it (lip-synching),” she said recently. “The whole point to me is, if you’re gonna be number one, you better really be fucking number one.”

Gaga’s attempt at becoming a feisty pop goddess is gathering pace, and she even drops in a few lines that sound like they’ve been snatched from Peaches’ “Fuck the Pain Away,” which is certainly a first for daytime TV. Ellen seems to approve as she leaps onstage to impersonate her, and by the end of 2009, it looks like everyone will have gone “Gaga.”
