Here's that song that you're not going to be able to avoid over the next few months. Lady GaGa loves creating pop events, and the release of her new single, “Born This Way,” is just that. The single will be available for purchase later today and she will perform it at this weekend’s Grammys. But you can hear it in full in the stream below, or pretty much anywhere all over the Internet at the present time. On first listen it’s clearly aimed at her sizable gay audience, as she claimed in that recent Vogue interview. “Don’t be a drag, just be a queen,” she sings in a deep vocal workout that’s closer to “Bad Romance” in tone than most of her previous works. At this point it’s pretty clear that anything Gaga does is going to be a huge hit, but she’s made a savvy move here by creating an anthemic club oriented track that’s likely to have a vast appeal. The video for this one is likely to be epic.
