Being that it's still ball-shrinkingly cold out across the northern half of the U.S.*, there hasn't been an episode of Pitchfork TV's "Don't Look Down" in a while, since it has to be hard to convince bands to play on the top of a building in this wind chill. But Kurt Vile's band braved the cold recently, performing songs from the splendid Smoke Ring For My Halo in coats and gloves. Above, you can watch Vile and company play "Jesus Fever," their classic stoner rock ripper, and you can watch three more songs at Pitchfork.
Smoke Ring for My Halo is out tomorrow.
*- AKA the half that matters. Boom! In your face Tulsa!
