Kool A.D.: "Ooh" F. Main Attrakionz (Video)
While we still geek out over Heems' Nehru Jacketsmixtape, let's not forget that the other half of Das Racist, Kool A.D. put out a tape this year too: Palm Wine Drinkard. Kool A.D. just released a video for "Ooh," his really great collaboration with Main Attrakionz, which, coincidentally doesn't even appear on his mixtape. The song just got an "official" video, which is actually just comprised of footage from a 1988 Wong Kar-Wai film called As Tears Go By. It's awesome to hear Main Attrakionz going in over a traditional beat, as it can be too easy to just lump them in with Lil B and other cloud rappers. Kool's verse is another great one too. The DR dudes are on a tough to top run right now.
