This uplifting track is certainly, if nothing else, ambitious. First, "Wavin' Flag" started as one of the singles off K'naan's solid Troubadour album. The song, which didn't necessarily catch fire at first, then hit huge heights when it was selected as the 2010 World Cup anthem. From there, the Canadian singer-rapper-musician enlisted a slew of other young artists from his homeland to recreate the song to benefit Haiti. Now, "Wavin' Flag" finally receives the video treatment, which matches the tone and content of the track. It also happens to be a fantastic video/song for getting motivated in the morning.
